At Midland Contractors, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship and clear communication from start to finish. Because our services are project-based and often involve custom work and materials, our return and refund policies differ from traditional retail businesses.

2. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits are required to secure scheduling, labor, and materials.

• Deposits may be non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials have been ordered.

• Final payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• If a project is canceled before materials are ordered or work begins, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

• If materials have already been purchased or work has started, cancellation fees will apply to cover incurred costs.

4. Materials

• Materials purchased specifically for your project are generally non-returnable.

• If returns are possible through a supplier, any restocking fees or return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

• Custom, special-order, or cut materials cannot be returned.

5. Workmanship Concerns

We stand behind our work.

• If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of project completion.

• We will review the issue and, if necessary, return to address any workmanship concerns.

• Remedies may include repairs or corrections, not refunds, unless otherwise determined.

6. Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will be:

• Issued based on the portion of work not completed

• Reduced by costs already incurred (labor, materials, travel, etc.)

• Processed using the original payment method when possible

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

• Completed labor or services

• Custom or special-order materials

• Permit fees, inspections, or third-party costs

• Mobilization or travel expenses once incurred

8. Timeline for Refunds

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

9. Changes to Scope

Any changes to the original project scope may impact pricing, materials, and timelines. Adjustments will be documented and agreed upon before proceeding.
